South East.
At SSW we look after our clients by delivering a consistently, high quality service
at competitive prices. SSW has a refurbishment/development department covering all aspects of
building work for both minor and major works, additionally, whether that be providing advice or technical support.
We also operate on emergency property maintenance service with availability to help with electrical repairs, plumbing and drainage, providing highly skilled tradesmen for roofing repairs, including major flooding and wall damages for insurance purposes and house refurbishment/remodeling projects.
We use only qualified engineers and experienced tradesman (with relevant certification) to carry out works to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants and landlords.
Management
Running SSW is a stable and motivated management team whose members between them have vast experience in all of the company’s areas of operation. We recognize that every instruction is unique, so for each contract we tailor a team with exactly the right blend of skills and expertise. Our senior managers can draw on a fund of combined experience in the property industry. This enables us to identify key issues and a comprehensive list of do’s and don’ts to ensure we get it right the first time.
